Then, you register as a new client and answer a series of questions. We use your answers to create a practical estate plan. Once your plan is ready, we email you so you’ll know that drafts of your documents are available for download. You review them and let us know if you have any questions or comments. Then, you follow the instructions we provide for finalizing your documents. That’s it, and it’s that simple.

Our process is automated, and that makes it efficient. Our fee for creating estate plans is only $950. But our process is not mindless. Our plans are carefully designed to be practical. Each one is reviewed by an experienced attorney, who will be available to answer questions by email.
